Reviews and Ratings
After a refreshing cycling tour around the Isle of Wight, we found the hotel to be a great choice. The rooms were accessible for our elderly mother, and the whole property had a cozy vibe that made us feel at home. It was a comfortable place to rest after a long day of activities.
The hotel had friendly and professional rooms without exception, spacious with little thoughtful touches, but some rooms had smaller TV tables blocking the bathroom entrance. The service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, especially the reception staff. The location was picturesque and peaceful, with beautifully maintained gardens. The dining experience was mixed, with some tasty dishes but could have been improved. The facilities were overall satisfactory.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, opening out onto the beautiful garden, and the hot water seemed to never run out, making my stay so comfortable. The service was top-notch with staff members who were kind and went out of their way to make my experience exceptional. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the New Forest, providing me with serene views and a peaceful ambiance. While the dining experience had some minor disappointments, the facilities were excellent, and the value for money was reasonable.
